UX (User Experience) Design is about making products genuinely easy, useful and satisfying to use. Tools & technologies: Figma for wireframing and prototyping, plus research and testing methods (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping) and tools for surveys and synthesising notes. Real-life scenarios: • Interview users to discover why they abandon a signup form, then redesign it so they finish. • Map the full journey of ordering food in an app and remove every confusing or slow step. • Test a prototype with real people and fix the problems before a single line of code is written. • Reorganise a clinic's booking flow so patients can book an appointment in under a minute. • Redesign an app's navigation so users stop getting lost and find features easily. • Turn vague feedback ('it's hard to use') into specific, prioritised design improvements.
