Book online Mobile Development lessons

Mobile Development is building the apps people carry in their pockets — for Android phones and iPhones. You'll go from your first screen all the way to a real, installable app that runs on a device and can be published to an app store. What you'll learn: You'll learn how a mobile app is structured — screens, navigation between them, and the app lifecycle — and how to build interfaces with layouts, lists, images, buttons and forms that feel native. You'll handle user input and gestures (taps, swipes, scrolling), store data on the device so it's remembered between sessions, and connect to online services and APIs to fetch and send data. You'll manage app state, show notifications, handle permissions such as camera and location, and test and debug on both an emulator and a real phone. You'll also learn how to prepare an app for release, building several complete mini-apps along the way. Tools & technologies: A cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native (build once for Android and iOS), a code editor, device emulators, Git, and the basics of publishing to Google Play and the App Store. Real-life scenarios: • Build a fitness or habit-tracker app that saves the user's progress on their phone. • Create a delivery or shopping app where customers browse products, place orders and track them. • Make a school app that shows timetables, results and push notifications to students and parents. • Build a notes, budgeting or to-do app that works offline and syncs when back online. • Turn a business idea into a working app you can demo to investors or customers. • Add maps, camera or location features to bring an app to life. Career paths: Mobile app developer, Android or iOS developer, cross-platform (Flutter/React Native) developer, or founder shipping a mobile-first product. Who it's for: Anyone who dreams of publishing their own app, web developers expanding into mobile, and founders building a mobile-first product.
